NAG created the Integrated Liquid Control software (ILCS) to enhance visualization and control of tank level dynamics. ILCS monitors either radar tank level indicators or float tank level indicators. ILCS provides a custom user interface for tracking and controlling fuel and water evolutions. The Microsoft Windows based software is designed to run on touch-screen flat-panel computers.

Integrated Liquid Control Software

When ILCS software is combined with highly accurate Ohmart/Vega Radar TLI's and a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC/DCS), it creates a highly integrated liquid control system.

The system will provide visual and audible alarms to multiple control stations to limit fuel spills. The Graphical User Interface is touch-screen driven, sailor-friendly, and intuitively easy to learn and operate.

NAG has integrated control solutions to effectively manage nearly every fluid control system aboard ship, including Potable Water, JP-5, DFM, Cargo Fuel, and CHT sytems.

ILCS provides an extremely useful Liquid Level Trending display that allows engineers to track, visualize, and retain tank level trends through time. It is an ideal tool for management of hazardous evolutions such as underway replenishment. ILCS can also easily generate Liquid Load Reports at the touch of a button. Fully automated control solutions via the use of NAG Programmable Logic Controllers are available as desired.
